Drive Potential Costumers To Your Website

There’s more than the content of your website that attracted the buyers to actually buy your products. Factors like web design which falls under the web development must be taken into tight considerations. You might own the most slickest website you have ever seen, but if you aren’t getting any traffic because it’s not properly optimized you have wasted a lot of your valuable time. Still waiting for your first costumer? Well, consider these tips to help drive traffics to your website.

Search Engine Optimisation and other Marketing Techniques Tips:

  • Start with “researched” keywords: Think and act similar to your potential costumers. What would you type on search engine if you are to find your business.
  • Use keyword-rich domain: Choose a domain name that emphasize your selected keyword. It helps gaining position in SERP.
  • Use keywords throughout your web pages – Put your keywords in the title, description, keywords, graphics, and written text.
  • Do reverse engineering on your competitors strategies by analyzing their internet marketing techniques through tools like backlink analyzer and keyword density tool.
  • Slick doesn’t get you traffic – Don’t waste your money on slick graphics. Most visitors find them annoying and search engines don’t care much about them.
  • Do selective link trading – Link trade, but make sure the content on the other websites is similar to your own. Don’t touch “link farms”; search engines hate them.
  • Write articles and include your website address – Every business owner has something to say that someone would love to read about! There are a number of article databases out there that are researched for website content. Find some article databases which house content similar to yours and write a few articles. You’d be amazed at where your articles show up!
  • Set up an affiliates program – Allow for others to promote your products on a commission basis.

  4. I’m not very good at SEO and all this staff. It sounds rather complicated. In my opinion if you don’t know what you are doing you are much better of hireing somebody who does? I’m a web designer and software developer, not SEO expert. What is your opinion on this?

  5. @IT Outsourcing in Romania: I couldn’t agree more with you pal. That’s how it should be, do what we best at, we can learn new thing, but don’t ever try to do or implement those newly-learn-knowledge onto something big.
