One thing that I have found over the years is that you should not have to prepay any hosting company for several years in advance. You do not need to tie up hundreds of dollars to receive decent hosting.

I have used some of the hosting companies and i think that godaddy is best. There are no site down issues or bandwidth issues.

English is right too many get caught up in discounts. Many times those with cheap rates are unreliable or have almost non-existent customer service. This makes your website less effective making any discount useless.
